Worked with Garden Realty for selling our home. This was our second stint with Greg and Garden Realty, having bought our home previously with Greg. Absolutely loved working with Greg. The selling process involves several steps - starting from creating a compelling listing to the negotiations and closing. Greg’s experience clearly shows in his attention to details with regards to every aspect of the selling process. His understanding of the real estate market is spot on - extremely analytical and data-driven. He was able to understand the trends of our local housing market, although Garden Realty is located in a completely different part of Connecticut - further justifying the fact that a local is not necessarily a better choice for selling a house. His pricing was spot on, and so were his negotiation skills with buyer’s agents.
