From start to finish, Greg was an excellent realtor. At the start of the process, he was very thorough, inspecting the house for potential issues and suggesting value solutions like painting and carpet cleaning that improved appeal. He was diligent when taking photos, deliberately choosing the time of day when the light was best. For several fixes that had to be done, Greg knew a contractor who could do the fix. The 3 contractors he recommended were all super reliable. He went above and beyond, fixing some low-cost, quick-fix issues himself. He knew the market and suggested being patient, a buyer will arrive. The end result was a full asking price offer about 10 weeks after the listing was posted. I’ve worked with several realtors over the years, and I can honestly say that Greg is rated with the best of them.
