I love what I do! Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a Realtor, and in 2015, that dream came true. Since then, I’ve had the honor of serving the wonderful community of Lee County, Florida, helping people find not just houses, but homes where they can build their lives and make lasting memories. With a background in Corporate America as a Buyer and Financial Planner, I bring a professional approach to real estate, but with a personal touch. My negotiation, communication, and marketing skills ensure that each transaction is handled with precision. My goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m a multi-million-dollar producer with over 100 successful transactions in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres. But what truly matters to me are the relationships I’ve built along the way. I believe in being there for my clients not just during the transaction, but long after the deal is done. My Florida roots run deep—I’ve lived in Florida since I was four years old, graduated from Saint Leo University, and have called Cape Coral home since 2012. Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about connecting with my community. In 2016, I founded Wine, Dine and Finds, a meetup group that brings people together to explore everything our area has to offer. It’s been a wonderful way to share my love for this community with others. When I’m not working, I enjoy capturing my surroundings through photography, trying new recipes, and spending time with my rescue pup.

Eva was referred to us by my brother after she helped him buy his new home. My brother could not say enough about her professionalism, etc. Then Eva was just so wonderful helping us buy our condo. I loved how responsive she was to all our questions and concerns. And she really knows this business too. We loved her so much, that I referred her to another friend, and I just learned that he thinks the world of her too! If you want a sure bet, in a world of part-time, realtors who don’t take you seriously- call Eva.

Can't say enough positive elements with the last 6 months spent with Eva, as our real estate buyers agent. Ft. Myers/Cape Coral is a hot market right now, and my partner and I are finicky, some have actually said neurotic! We were looking at numerous areas throughout Lee County, and Eva showed us all the disparate locations we were looking, as well as providing a wealth of information of the neighborhood levels specifics (benefit of working with a native Floridian!) She never lost her professionalism, or optimistic outlook, as we reviewed and then passed on property after property. Ultimately, with her guidance, we found the perfect one and have closed the deal just last month. We will definitely be calling her first, for all our future Florida real estate activity!
