Donna helped us sell our first home and she was lovely to work with. She responded promptly and gave us good advice prior to the sale on what should be updated or not to get the most bang for our buck. She checked in with us regularly to check on our progress. Donna also showed us how to simply stage the rooms (and brought some of her personal decor in) since the home would be vacant by the time we put it on the market. All of our deadlines were met and she worked hard for us to get a fair price, even with the difficult buyers we had to deal with. She even offered to help us find a reputable realtor to assist us in finding a new home that would be 2 hours away. We had a great experience with her and would recommend her to anyone in the Toledo area who is house hunting.
