Donna was an agent for another house in our neighborhood and we ultimately, picked her as our agent too because she had a lot of knowledge about the market and believed our house held the market value we were hoping for. She did her research before the initial meeting and was very prepared to answer our questions and help pinpoint the sweet spot for price. We listed and our house sold at asking price within the first week on the market! We could not have been happier!
