Dave was instrumental in the sale of our house, as well as finding our new home! His guidance, good nature, great communication, and patience with our endless questions made our selling and buying of our new home an amazing experience. His knowledge of home construction, the financial aspects of real estate transactions, and his expansive understanding of the process each step of the way turned what can be a very confusing and stressful experience into us finding our dream home! We appreciate him and will be recommending him to our friends and family when they are considering selling, or buying a home! Thanks Dave!!!!
