We met Chrissy 2 years ago when were extensively searching for a great real estate agent to represent us in purchasing a home in Fort Collins. Having been a realtor myself in the past, we had lots of detailed questions on Chrissy's experience, communication style, and processes. Chrissy was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily and we felt she would be a great agent to represent us. We were not wrong. Chrissy had double duty as we lived out of state and needed her to be available for specific times when we flew into town and for video showings when we weren't able to be in town. She was always accommodating and we never felt like we were a burden to her. The type of house we were looking for was in short supply in Fort Collins, but Chrissy delivered and we are very happy in our new home. Besides the typical realtor duties, Chrissy also had great references for contractors, restaurants, and fun things to do in Fort Collins (since we were new to the neighborhood). Chrissy is a professional, friendly, and just a great overall person who we would recommend to anyone looking for a great, real estate agent.

Chrissy is very knowledgeable, truly listens to your hopes and dreams for a home and is a dream to work with. Looking at homes can be stressful but she walks right beside you through the whole process, keeps you informed with lots of encouragement.
