This is the second home that Carmela has sold for me and I can’t say enough about how easy she is to work with. She is a calm, respectful and generous person who wants to get you a good deal, and for you to be happy with your purchase. We had some hiccups with the transfer of ownership with the house due to solar panel company issues- and she was basically my therapist during that month! So patient, encouraging and kind. She continues to stay in touch, offer recommendations of local services, and check in every now and then. Completely unexpected - and so incredibly appreciated. I genuinely enjoyed working with Carmela- she really sets a high standard for agents. She’s successful for a reason!

Carmela helped us select professionals in the trades to correct problems. She successfully negotiated home price and replacement cost for a new roof and some plumbing issues.
