Carleen Murone

From my very first conversation with Carleen, I knew she was the right realtor for us. She took the time to connect over Zoom, listen, and put me at ease about an enormous life decision. We were leaving Western New York after 18 years and had never even visited Cape Coral until we came to see the property. Having someone we could trust meant everything. She sold me on this community! Carleen guided us through every step with patience, professionalism, and so much heart. She answered our many questions, followed up quickly, and always made us feel supported. When we encountered bumps along the way, she was our steady, reassuring presence. She held faith for us when our nerves took over and helped us stay connected to the joy and excitement of this new chapter. Beyond her knowledge and reliability, Carleen is simply a light. She is warm, kind, full of positivity, and genuinely invested in the people she serves. We always felt she wanted the very best for us. Finally meeting her in person and giving her a big hug was one of my favorite moments of the entire experience. By then, she already felt like a friend. Her care didn’t stop at closing. She has checked in several times since we moved in, and her referrals for painters and electricians have been incredible. She even stayed in touch during the weekend of her daughter’s wedding, a kindness that touched us deeply. This was a big, emotional, sometimes scary transition, and Carleen helped make it joyful. We are endlessly grateful for her guidance, her huge heart, and the friendship we found along the way. If you’re looking for a realtor in Cape Coral who makes you feel truly cared for, we wholeheartedly recommend Carleen!

Carlene is the best. She was there every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her.

Carleen is so friendly and responsive. We had a great experience living so far the area and working through all of this electronically. Great leadership.

First, it’s important that you know that Carleen was the sellers agent, not my agent! We reached out to her a couple times for information, and she responded almost immediately and was extremely helpful, even though she didn’t have to… If she gives that kind of service to a buyer when she is not their agent, I can only imagine what she would do if you were using her as your selling agent! Thanks Carlen for all your help. I will definitely be looking to work with you in the future!
