After interviewing several top sellers in the city, I selected Brian to work with me on a complicated, cross-country remodel (with a difficult HOA) and sale in the Twin Peaks area of San Francisco. I am an (admittedly fairly difficult) attorney who has very high expectations for responsiveness, knowledge, intellect, creativity at problem solving, and delivering a top product. Brian was able to meet or exceed all of my expectations. I feel sorry for people who buy or sell property in the San Francisco area with a different real estate agent (but if you've read this review, then that mistake is on you). Brian has tons of connections in the real estate business and a great staff. He was able to secure an amazing contractor for me (when other contractors were quoting me a 6 month waiting period to even start my project) who did a huge overhaul of my property that was absolutely top notch. I moved to the top of the contractor's list of projects purely because of Brian's connection. Brian was also incredibly accurate with his predictions about value, market trends, timing, etc. This was based on his extensive experience in the San Fran real estate market. Brian got me top dollar for my property sale. Overall, I couldn't recommend Brian more highly.
