My Wife and I never thought we would ever be able to own a home in our lifetimes. We had figured that we were young and the market was beyond our understanding so we would just be apartment-bound our whole lives. Enter Ashley and Ann. They were able to teach us a bit about how the home buying process works, answered all our questions, soothed nerves, and inspired us to confidence. Because of both of these wonderful ladies, we were able to find and buy a house that is far and away better than anything we could have thought on our own. Ashley is very professional and is a great communicator, she was able to handle all the nerves of two first time homebuyers and reshape them into level-headedness. Ann helped us ask questions about the property and about the inspection process that we wouldn't have thought to ask on our own and helped us understand what is and isn't our responsibility. Both of them had such a good knowledge of their field that they had answers to most of our questions before we even knew to ask them, and the questions they didn't have answers ready for, they knew how to find answers for us. They came up with a slam dunk of a deal on our house as well because they wanted to make sure we could afford the place without issue. Ashley and Ann have been an incredible asset for my Wife and I and we could never have moved forward into homeownership without both of their help. They're an amazing team and we're going to be asking for their help any time we have future real estate needs!
