Amber knows I dislike doing anything on this computer, especially answering questions. All I can say is I would not use any other Realtor in the county.
We had problems with a couple of the local property appraisal companies, and she managed to find a more confident appraiser to complete the job and close the sale. I believe another realtor might not have had that experience and knowledge to work through what took additional seven weeks to close the dealdue to appraisal issues. Amber is extremely knowledgeable and personable to work with.
Amber made me comfortable with the purchase of my new lot from start to finish. She communicated with me in a timely manner about contract information and upcoming dates to remember. She built trust with me from our first conversation and kept me at ease throughout the whole closing process.

Had the property on the market for 15 days, and had our closing 15 days later! Total of 30 days. Amber is very informative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and thorough on her job. Amber is busy in her market, yet makes her client feel like they are a priority, not just another sale. If i were to buy or sell another property, I would not use anyone else other than Amber!! It was a pleasure having her as my re-estate agent! Hope to do more business with her in the future.
