At first communication could have been improved, but after conversation, Crystal was very helpful and worked very hard through adversity to help sell my mother's unique property. She reviewed documents to make sure that everything was correct to help sell this unique property.

While we were still looking, Ariel was able to find exactly what we needed in order to accommodate our family. Once we found the perfect house, she was able to contract things we didn’t even know were possible. Also during the due diligence, she was able to explain all our options to remediate anything that was sub-par. Would definitely use her services again if we were to buy another home!

Thea is very knowledgeable about the area she serves. She took the time to get to know our preferences before we arrived in north Carolina to view homes available. We were able to see a number of homes that would have fit the bill, and some that didn't. Thea gave us a of choices and worked tirelessly to make sure we found a home we can be excited to live in. once we found our home, Thea went above and beyond expectations, sending us video and pictures of our homes progress and served as our liaison with the builder to make sure our home was perfect for us once we made the trip from New Hampshire to North Carolina. Thea is not only an extremely capable agent and one that her employer should be proud to have on staff, but she is our first friend in North Carolina, and we could not be prouder to call her our friend.
