Hi, I’m Amy Mikeal and as a parent of four I know how important the right environment is for raising a family. It’s my goal as a Realtor to help every family find their perfect place to grow and thrive. I take great pride in not only my real estate knowledge but also my previous experiences in the home appraisal and construction fields. As a young wife and mother I personally supervised the construction of our first family home and that in turn spurred on my passion for reality. I began my journey in the home appraisal field then shifted my focus later on as I grew more interested in other areas including mortgage loan processes. Originally from upstate NY, my family and I moved to the Catawba Valley region when I was in middle school. I immediately fell in love with the people and surroundings that reminded me of the beautiful area where a large number of my family still live. Currently, when my parenting skills are not in demand, I keep myself busy by volunteering with my large church community and at my church's youth group. I also love finding time to relax and just mow the yard. Seeing a beautifully mown lawn gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

Cross-Country Move!

We very much enjoyed working with Kelly! We moved from WA to NC and we weren’t sure what we were looking for- land to build, house with acreage, house on the lake, townhome, rental! We were all over the place and Kelly was patient with us and had searches going for all those options lol. She made sure to be available for us when we flew in the few times and when we weren’t in town she would FaceTime with us and walk through the homes and properties to show us. She also had recommendations for us where to store our cars, look for furniture, house cleaners, etc. planning to call up Kelly for any future house sales or purchases!

The kindest Bulldog on a mission!

We’ve had some hiccups with this sale but Allison was on it! She smoothed out the bumps and kept us in the loop with every step. She was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. Professional, well knowledgeable and excellent advocate

We worked with Mallory in finding our dream property in rural NC. She took her time to get to know us and deeply understand our vision for our future homestead. She carefully curated beautiful properties and walked us through the realistic pros and cons of each one. She was very transparent about the market values and gave solid advice about what seemed appropriate offers and what was not. Her experience really shined through with the negotiation process and we were able to land a beautiful 37 acre property with a pond and room to build our family estate. In addition, she coordinated all the surveys, perc testing and set us up local builders. Mallory made the process seamless. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for property in NC!

Common sense and passion

Ms. Klahn was very easy to work with. We could immediately tell that she was passionate about getting our property sold, not for herself, but for us. She came in with a very practical assessment of the market and a price point that made sense for the timeline in which we wanted to sell the property. She communicated frequently with us, was instrumental in arranging a few preparatory repairs, and got the property sold in a timely manner. Would eagerly work with her again.

Dynamic Marketing Duo with 7-figure property focus

Bailey & Nolan are young, dynamic marketing professionals who are particularly knowledgeable and experienced with 7-figure priced properties...even more so on lakefront properties. They were laser-focused on getting us quick activity and did extensive pre-release work that resulted in an acceptable offer in 15 days. They truly understand the social media world and use it to our advantage, and they do so ethically. Their counsel was always spot-on. Won't hesitate to recommend them.
