Informed agent that is attentive to a client’s needs.

Caroline was very attentive to our needs/wants and provided quality showings that catered to those. She was easily assessable, provided insight on locations (Sarasota, Clearwater and St Pete), and made the overall experience enjoyable and informative. She did not push us in any direction, but provided us with the knowledge and resources to make an informed purchasing decision. Excellent Realtor Skills

We couldn't be happier with our new home in St. Petersburg, and so much of that joy is thanks to our incredible realtor! From our very first conversation, Troy took the time to truly understand what we were looking for — not just the number of bedrooms or the neighborhood, but the feeling we wanted our home to have. Troy was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our (many!) questions, whether it was a quick text at noon or a call after dinner. Navigating the St. Pete market wasn't easy, but he guided us with confidence and transparency every step of the way. When we found the one, Troy moved fast, negotiated skillfully on our behalf, and made sure we never felt overwhelmed during closing. Committed Agent

A rating of 5 stars isn’t high enough for Caroline. Well over a year and half from purchase, we began our relationship. She wasn’t pushy, yet always ready to respond and assist when we needed assistance. Our search involved choices that were 2 hours apart, but she always made it happen. It’s a telling testament to her character that we now call her friend and are involved in each others lives.
