This exclusive club is for real estate agents that achieve levels of sales productivity that are more than double the industry average. He has closed over a hundred eighty million in real estate volume (nearly 1,000 transactions) and continues to grow. John continues to grow his real estate career year after year as well invests in our local communities by owning multiple rental properties in the area and has developed Bluff Country Storage. This self-storage facility was 100 percent occupied less than 6 months from opening. He was born and raised in Onalaska, graduating from The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Finance. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA). Outside of work, John is strong supporter of wildlife conservation and sits on the board of directors for the La Crosse Ducks Unlimited committee. John also enjoys spending time in the outdoors when he has free time hunting, fishing, boating along with traveling and cooking. Most of all, John enjoys spending time with his wife Katie (Second Grade Teacher at Viking Elementary School in Holmen), son Edwin and Charleston, the family’s Chocolate Labrador.

Dan went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. We highly recommend him and his team.

Excellent communication with us throughout via text, email and phone calls. Also stayed in touch with lenders, title companies and the seller's agent to assist us. During the final walk through a couple of things were found that needed resolution and Dan had all of them resolved the next day. Excellent. We would highly recommend Dan and his team.

Responsive and patient!

We loved working with the Dan Stacey team with the purchase of our home! Jourdan was quick to get us in for showings of the properties we were interested in, and patient with us in making this big decision. We appreciate all the work she put in and helping us with this process. Would highly recommend this team and use them again in the future should we ever need more space.

Dan is an exceptional communicator both in person and thru timely calls and texts

I , Keith, have 40 years in banking and dealing with realtors. Dan will always be my first choice. My wife has had limited experience with realtors and agrees that Dan is also her first choice. After being a lender for my time in banking I feel like I am able to analyze character and Dan is above reproach and has the best possible personality to deal with when dealing with such a large transaction.

Great communication, knowledgeable, helpful

Jourdan is a wonderful realtor. She was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout house searching, putting in an offer and any closing questions I had. She was very flexible with last minute changes. Without her and Dan’s great communication, we would not have gotten our house as it was only on the market for 3 days. Jourdan did a virtual showing and wrote an offer for the house we wanted very last minute. She also was very knowledgeable on any questions we had about the house or about any paperwork. I would recommend The Dan Stacy Team to anyone as they made buying a house a smooth process and they are very kind people.
