Over the last 18 months Eliesha went above and beyond to find us our dream home. We had plans to buy approximately 18 months ago and started looking. After about 3 months of looking we decided we would wait a bit and come back in 6-9 months. When that time came Eliesha got our house on the market and sold for 20k over asking in 1 week. Then came the process of finding a new home over an hour away from the old home. We probably looked at 30 houses and Eliesha always made time for us. She truly went above and beyond. Elishia came for the first Visit with Bill to assess the work we needed to get the house up to parr to get the most money . She is very down to earth and stopped in checking on the progress and any new ideas we hadn’t thought of . Being a professional and knowing our area and the market , Elishia is local and knowledgeable of what needed to get done .
