Our experience with Saige could not have been better! From the very beginning he was very quick to respond, super flexible with our schedule, and was on top of everything we asked. Saige did an amazing job negotiating a deal on our home and did so professionally. Any questions that I had he either already had the answer, or was able to get it figured out within the same day or even the same hour every time. At any given time he was just a call or text away and if I needed to get any information he was able to get it. He even went out of his way to check on utility information for me that was not available on the original listing for the home we purchased. He and his wife were both so kind and so helpful during the entire process of buying our home, I couldn't be happier. I'm glad that we were able to work with them and would absolutely reach out again if we ever decide to move in the future.

Saige was very professional and helped us find homes to tour that fit all our criteria points. We visted 15 homes in one day and he worked hard to set up the tours and plan our route. On a personal level we was easy to speak to and enjoyable to interact with. We never felt pressured or that he was pushing us to make a decision. He was truly a partner in our home search. When it came time to negotiate, he very clearly explained all of our options and offered recommendations on how best to approach the negotiation stage. At the end of our process, we were able to secure a home that fit all our criteria, fit our timeline for moving, and secure a price below ask that fit comfortably into our budget. We highly recommend that you use Saige if you are searching for a home in the Charlotte area. We cannot speak highly enough about him as a person or as a professional. Top-notch from start to finish!
