Deb became a part of the family during this process. She made my six year old feel like house hunting was fun. We all miss her greatly already. She communicated often. She sent house listings every day. She was available to answer questions via telephone at any time. Every time we asked if she could show us houses on a specific date she was able to. Deb helped get everything in order prior to buying the house and she also helped us with our post buying checklist. I can’t speak highly enough of Deb because my vocabulary isn’t good enough to do her justice.

I couldn't have asked for more. Deb is the ultimate solution agent for new home buyers. As a new home buyer I was nervous about finding an experienced and understanding agent that could facilitate my going through all the complex real estate issues that I'm unfamiliar with until I met Deb. After she introduced her self and gave me a brief summary of what we both need to address to close promptly on the property I was interested in I became reassured. Throughout the process Deb not only exceeded my expectation with her intimate knowledge of the business but went above and beyond to make sure I saved money at every stage by providing me several options to choose from. Most importantly she was very generous with her time and communication between me and the seller to make sure I got what I wanted at the right price and at the right time. On the closing day I got delayed by unexpected situation but Deb convinced the seller to wait as she was constantly on the phone with with me. I finally made it to closing and was deeply appreciative of the patience endured by all involved thanks to Deb's professional expertise. The story did not even end with closing. While moving to my new property I misplaced all my closing documents including the ones that I needed to file with the county assessor within 45 days of closing. I sent an email to Deb's office and they sent me all the duplicates within hours. Deb reached out to me immediately to make sure I received the attached documents else she was going to print them out and bring them to me. Deb is a super agent.
