The Epitome of the Perfect Real Estate Agent

April Womack provided service of the highest quality and cared for and tended to every need in negotiating and finalizing my sales contract. She was in constant communication, answered every question and even answered questions I had yet to think of, prepared and documented all necessary paperwork and attended the final closing (a closing I'm not sure would have transpired in such a timely fashion without April's management!) to be assured that every last "i" was dotted and "t" crossed! I know that I have found a real estate advisor for a lifetime and wholeheartedly recommend April Womack to anyone in need of a caring, compassionate, efficient, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. She truly was and IS the epitome of the perfect real estate transaction partner!!!

Talented Agent

April was key to our success in sale of our existing home and even more importantly, the purchase of our new home. April built a relationship with us and provided trusted advice. Without her, we would not have landed in such a great position.

Great communicator who will make sure things get done well and on time.

Perry showed very strong knowledge of the local market and the process of home buying. She handled the entire process well and left us no worries at all. She was able to take a lot of the stress of home buying out of the process. Great relator can’t recommend enough.

Deep expertise in the Austin area, great negotiation skills, listens to the needs of the client

We had an exceptional experience working with our realtor, Jamie Novak, while purchasing our new home in Austin, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very beginning, she never made us feel rushed or pressured, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She genuinely wanted us to explore our options, and find the home that was truly right for us. She also consistently kept resale value in mind, which we really appreciated. She wasn’t just focused on helping us buy a house — she was thinking about the long-term value of the investment and making sure we were making a smart decision. She was also an excellent negotiator. She handled our requests with confidence and professionalism and did an incredible job navigating conversations with the seller. She knew how to communicate what was important to us while maintaining a great relationship throughout the process. And beyond her knowledge of the market and professionalism, her energy and enthusiasm was inspiring. She was positive, approachable, and very responsive, and made what can be a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She truly went above and beyond, and we feel very fortunate to have had her by our side.

Love working with Joe!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe on two home purchases—one quick and straightforward, and another that took patience and persistence in a very difficult market. Through both, Joe was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. We always felt like we had someone in our corner. Joe is a great realtor and, more importantly, a great person to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.
