Audrey is the best!

July 13, 2026 Dear Audrey, Mark and I cannot thank you enough for getting Caroline’s dream home in Zilker. It’s one of the biggest moments in her life and in our lives as parents to see this dream manifested. It really has a profound impact on all areas of her life today and the years to come. We truly feel lucky and it’s all because of you. You got the first scoop on this house before it hit the MLS and you got her a house which developers had outbid her on! You work magic. You always said the house that’s meant to be will happen. I thought that was a hopeful sentiment, but you were right. And she could not have a better location! Swimming at Barton Springs, running Town Lake and hiking the greenbelt are her hobbies beyond art. This house is something which she can learn how to do DIY projects in a budget friendly timeline too. Last night I walked throughout Zilker and it’s truly refreshing to see how many original homes are still standing (including our first house) and what a calm and beautiful impact it has on the feel of the streets. Thank you for leading the brigade for keeping older houses and enabling people like our daughter to land in Zilker. Our first house was on Treadwell Street, so she’s returning to her roots. What a lucky girl! We know highly sought after professionals like yourself have bigger clients. To put it simply...after assisting us in the purchase of our new home, we have asked him to be our realtor to sell our current home. We had a great experience with Laura. She's very professional, responsive, thoughtful, and was always available to answer our millions of questions and show us homes. After months of her patience looking at homes, we finally found the perfect home and she made sure we did everything possible to get it. Luck for us, we did and we couldn't be happier! Driven and Experienced Advocate

Elsa is one of the best realtors we have worked with in our many transactions. We wound up buying a "project." Elsa was instrumental in not only advocating for us, but handled all the inspections, videos, etc. to make the right decisions on the value of the property. She makes you feel like she is with you (and your best interests) every step of the way. She was always ahead of us on getting all the information to make the right calls and never tried to influence the decision. She got the facts, answered questions, and provided multiple perspectives to help us get comfortable on this investment. ELIZABETH CHECKS ALL THE BOXES!

I've always been told your Realtor is the most important decision you make when buying a home. Elizabeth absolutely proved that theory correct. She asked all the right questions in our first meeting and we determined our Top 3 intentions about what we were look for in a home. I found something that hit two out of three. And then she showed me a townhouse that from the photos I thought was only average. Within five minutes of walking in we knew we would make an offer! She accelerated the process with all of the work she did before we stepped foot in our first house. Where she knocked it out of the park: 1. Price Negotiation - she exceeded what I was thinking. 2. Appraisal Negotiation - again, she exceeded what I was thinking. 3. Moving Through the Sale - she was the hub of the wheel keeping all of us on task for a quick close right down to setting up utilities and gas. Elizabeth is a high level thinker which is a extraordinary gift in this business. I am ever grateful her vision of what I told her what I was looking for came to light. She definitely changed the trajectory of this next phase of my life with my new townhome!

Preplanning and preparation led to a quick sale at top dollar.

The house needed a paint touch up and some flooring clean up completed to make it look it's best. Leah had the home staged to show each area used to it's best potential. The planning and work that went into getting ready for market brought out a number of buyers on day one. Leah handled the deal quickly and efficiently, negotiating a lease back that allowed us to finish the school year and move on our timeline. It was an excellent transaction.
