I’m also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, specializing in the second home market, typically working with buyers and sellers of investment properties and future retirement homes. Every client has a unique situation or specific desire for a mountain home and I love having the opportunity to guide them through the process of purchasing or selling. My husband Jon and I got married in January 2023 and have three fur babies. In our free time, you can typically find us hiking with the dogs or relaxing at one of the local wineries or breweries.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in entire home buying process.

Jon and Theresa were great from day one. They were both knowledgeable in the market, resale and construction of properties we viewed. They offered opionions when asked and were not pushy, which is something I appreciate a lot. They made sure we were on top of things we needed to do as it had been a while since we purchased a property. Communication was always quick and thorough. If Jon did not know an answer he quickly found it. I also know if we need help with anything in the future about our new place I can contact them no problem. Thank you!

Excellent communication

Jon and Theresa are professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and fabulous to work with. They know the area and the market.
