Sherry is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area and has lived in Walnut Creek since 1994. She got her real estate license in 2001 and has been a full time Realtor ever since. In 2005, after only four years in the business, she earned the CRS credential from the National Association of Realtors. The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and it's held by fewer than 3% of Realtors in the US. In 2015, she passed the rigorous five-hour California real estate exam to become a Broker Associate. Sherry is passionate about her clients and determined to make sure that their real estate experience is a positive one. Her savvy marketing, strategic pricing, strong negotiation skills, hands-on transaction management and a solid commitment to exceptional client service are the hallmarks of her business … and she has the testimonials to prove it. Later she changed to the vendor side of the business and produce high-end advertising and marketing materials for Fortune 500 companies including Apple Computer, Starbucks, Disney, Pixar, Baskin-Robbins, Bank of America, Symantec and Hewlett Packard. Sherry is a graduate of Cal State East Bay with a degree in Business Administration. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and entertaining for friends, visiting wineries in Napa and Sonoma, relaxing anywhere on the coast along Highway 1, and spending time with her step-dog Zeke.

Patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to finding the right home

Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our home-buying journey. Over the past two years, she patiently showed us many homes in the Walnut Creek and surrounding areas without ever making us feel pressured to make a decision. She always encouraged us to wait until we found the right home, and thanks to her guidance, we finally purchased a house that we truly love. Karen is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and was always honest with her advice. She was responsive, professional, and available whenever we had questions, whether it was about the offer process, inspections, escrow, or negotiations. We can't say enough good things about Jess and her teammate Lisa

We can't say enough good things about Jess and her teammate Lisa. We were searching for a home for our small and growing family in the Lafayette area, and actually met Jess by chance at a local restaurant, from that first conversation it was clear how well she knows the local market. As a fellow parent raising kids in the area, she genuinely understood what we were looking for in a home and a neighborhood, and that made all the difference throughout our search. Lisa was a great help along the way as well. We'd highly recommend Jess and her team to any family searching in Lafayette.
