Sherry is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area and has lived in Walnut Creek since 1994. She got her real estate license in 2001 and has been a full time Realtor ever since. In 2005, after only four years in the business, she earned the CRS credential from the National Association of Realtors. The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and it's held by fewer than 3% of Realtors in the US. In 2015, she passed the rigorous five-hour California real estate exam to become a Broker Associate. Sherry is passionate about her clients and determined to make sure that their real estate experience is a positive one. Her savvy marketing, strategic pricing, strong negotiation skills, hands-on transaction management and a solid commitment to exceptional client service are the hallmarks of her business … and she has the testimonials to prove it. Consummate Professionals with Heart!

Lori and Cheryl were excellent agents on our behalf for the sale of our home of almost 40 years, and for the purchase of another home more suitable for us. It was a difficult decision for us to leave our home, but it was necessary. Lori and Cheryl moved mountains for us to make the move as easy as possible. Terrific recommendations for home professionals to make repairs and improvements to the home, as well as to the home we were moving to. I can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent agent who cares deeply about finding us the right home

Tina represented us in our search for a home in the Lamorinda area. She is highly knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods in the area and has a strong instinct that guided us in our bids. Throughout our search, Tina cared deeply about learning about our likes and desires and needs in a home because she wanted to make sure we would find the right one. Tina is also well-connected--the home we ended up buying was found through her connection with another agent, and we were able to purchase it off market. Highly recommend.

Great Experience Working With Jake!

I’ve known Jake for a few years now, and we’ve looked at several potential deals together along the way. Even though some of those opportunities didn’t work out, Jake always stayed in touch, kept bringing me deals, and never stopped looking for ways for us to work together. We finally got our first deal done together, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Jake was responsive, professional, easy to work with, and helped keep everything moving smoothly throughout the transaction. As a real estate investor, I really value agents who understand that not every property is going to be the right deal and who are willing to build a relationship for the long term. Jake is definitely one of those agents. I’m glad we finally got one across the finish line, and I’m looking forward to doing many more deals together in the future.

Excellent local realtor!

We were so happy with the work that Jake Adams did for us to find us the home of our dreams in Rockridge! Having lived in both the East Bay and the City- his knowledge is vast and he understands the market on a street-by-street basis. He is well-versed on commute times, traffic patterns, schools and local amenities and has the insider knowledge of great restaurants and hidden gems that only someone who has actually lived here would possess. If you are moving here for the first time, this is the agent you want by your side in this process. He is as thoughtful and conscientious as he is knowledgable. When we were looking for the right spot in the East Bay, we really took our time to narrow down which areas would suit our family best. He was able to listen to both my husband's and my requests of locale and bring us to many options through the process, he remained extremely patient through the process of viewing many homes. Furthermore, he kept us realistic and grounded through a process that is easy to get carried away with emotionally. He was the thoughtful mediator and guide- never telling us what he thought we wanted to hear, overselling or making false promises. On the Memorial Day Long weekend, Jake was working for us when we least expected it. He found out our dream home (that we had written off entirely as a possibility) had no offers after an initial open house. He urged us to act fast. He guided us and proved a shrewd negotiator- even the sellers agent congratulated him on the tactic's success. We couldn't have done it without his diligence and skill. After we closed, Jake was able to provide us with many local contractors, all who came promptly and did terrific work. He has a guy for everything including roofers, landscaping, and general contractors. Additionally, he was a great liaison of closing procedures between the sellers and us. In a process that requires hard decision making: choosing Jake to be our agent was not one of them.
