Arizona is such a diverse state with so many things to do and see. I’ve lived in several places around the state, Pine, Glendale, Ahwatukee, Tucson, Tempe and Scottsdale. Currently, I live in Maricopa, AZ in Province since 2015, a 55+ community. I met my wonderful husband here in the card room! We love the lifestyle here! So much to do! My favorite things to do are playing Pickleball, playing cards and games, dancing to live bands in our amazing town hall and enjoying the exceptional group activities consistently available here in Province. I’ve been a licensed Realtor in Arizona for 37 years. I love working with buyers and sellers utilizing the creativity required to put transactions together. Most of my business comes from referrals.

Patient, Knowledgeable, and Well-Connected in Sunbird — Highly Recommend

Royal helped us sell our home after 8 months on a tough market. He's clearly an expert in the Sunbird community, seems to know everyone there, and is well-loved by the neighbors — that connection helped throughout the process. He gave solid advice on price reductions and handling roof/repair issues that came up. He was also great with my elderly mother, always patient and skilled at explaining things clearly to her. Would recommend, especially for sellers in Sunbird.

A great teacher

Royal was incredible during our entire purchasing experience. I title this “A Great Teacher” because I learned so much about buying a home in Arizona. Coming from the Midwest, I had a lot to learn about what to look for and how to care for my home in Arizona. He took the time to answer my questions and point out things I wouldn’t know to even ask. He is a special human being with stories and explanations that made this home buying experience a true joy. He knows the area well and gave us great information to consider about what our lifestyle could be like in this neighborhood. When it came to the offer, negotiations, and inspection, he provided complex answers - that would help us consider a variety of options in relation to negotiating. I can’t write enough words to tell you how highly I recommend Royal. Having been involved in many home purchases over the years - he is the best at this!

Kara was truly amazing, guiding us through every challenge with unwavering care and dedication.

Great Agent, really knows her stuff.

Being out of state during the sale, Paula help us and made the process easy. She guided us thru each step, pre-sell, pricing, and closing, and communicated with us through out everything. The house closed in 30 days for a very fair price. She is the best, I would use her again in a heartbeat!
