My name is Amanda Sanders. I got into real estate after managing our own eight rentals for 16 years. I also hold an RN in the state of Washington and worked tele, and multiple other specialties before starting real estate. I wanted to be in a field where I would get to work with people, get paid for the amount of work I put into my day, and frankly I love homes. My husband is a mortgage broker and has been for 23 years so I am very well versed in listening to the loan process. Ten Stars! Absolutely above and beyond!

Jenny is the best realtor I have ever seen! She goes so far above and beyond what I've ever seen a realtor do. Her level of service is absolutely unmatched. And this is coming from a guy whose dad and sister are both agents. She really knows her stuff; she's got an army of affordable pros at the ready for whatever needs doing; and she is not afraid to get her own hands dirty. My sale was very challenging because I had to move away before the house sold, and the market really went south, and Jenny took so much burden off of me and made my life so much easier through it all. In the age of Zillow and Redfin, it's easy to think "I can put my house online; what does a realtor really do for me that's worth the commission?" With Jenny, you will NOT be asking that question. You will know she EARNED IT! Ten stars!

Having worked with many agents, Sarah easily captured the number one spot for so many reasons.

As in any complex situation, we had many questions and concerns along the journey to completion. We were always pleased when we received a prompt response to every single text and/or email we sent to her. We not once, had to wait for her to get needed information we requested. Her prompt, professional and thorough responses took so much stress off our shoulders. The moving boxes kit she provided, also helped to make the move easier right from the start. We were very encouraged to hear other professionals along the way, refer to Sarah as “One of the very best”! She was referred to us by a family member, and we are grateful for that.
