Jennifer & I stepped into a unique market with some pretty specific goals. She gave me a dollar figure range to expect upon sale and came single digit % within that figure we discussed. Property was aggressively marketed, had multiple showings a day for weeks & got wrapped up without pain or confusion. Well done!
