He was very personable and had a lot of showings. Everything went so smoothly and Sammie showed his experience and professionalism. We tried 3 other realtors prior to Sammie and never had the response we wanted. Sammie came into our house and, at his expense, changed every lightbulb in the house to bright white. All of ours were daylight prior to the change. He also created a brochure that was beautiful made of card stock. We watched people drive up look at the brochure and if they were just curious, they would put it back in the box. If they were interested, they would keep the brochure and we see their cars later for a showing.
