Ms. Ebenhoeh just helped me to sell a condominium in Ann Arbor. I started out rather apprehensively, as I was completely new to the process of selling a home. It turns out I had nothing to fear, however, as she made the whole experience easy. She walked me through every step of the process and helped out in ways that went beyond her job description. Due to her extensive experience and network of contacts, she was able to provide insights into the market that were invaluable and which were always proven correct. She was also very readily available and I was able to easily communicate with her whenever needed. She was on top of the situation from the outset and any problems that arose were quickly resolved due to her quick responsiveness and absolute dedication to doing the best job possible for her clients. Besides all of this she's a very friendly and likable person in general, which made what could have been a very dreary slog much more palatable. In the end we were able to get an even better offer than the asking price. Everything went marvelously and I have nothing but praise.
