The most frustrating thing about real estate in kentucky for me is finding someone who is good at what they do. Most are lazy and uninspired but Shawn clearly loves what he does and it shows. He communicates very well and never leaves you hanging like Century 21 in London ky does. He's very knowledgeable, honest and exceeded my expectations. He takes ownership of his work and doesn't make excuses as many agents in kentucky (who are overwhelmingly female) tend to do. I'll be reaching out to him very soon for my next flip. To those of you reading this that flip property, Shawn is the guy to talk to. Ditch those airhead ex cheerleader agents with that fake Barbie smile that most franchise's will plaster their billboards with and call Shawn Fisher. Thanks for everything!
