Experienced Realtor and excellent professional

This is the second time we work with Rick. He and his team sold our house in less than a week the first time (back in 2020) and within 3 days this year (2023). He goes beyond just posting the sale on known websites. The care he takes in taking pictures, recording videos, and thinking on our behalf during the negotiation is outstanding.
