Peter sold our home during the most difficult period in recent history. As rates soared, and buyers got scared off, Peter was able to present our home and get it sold. It took time, but he made it happen. So, not only is he an effective agent, but he also took care of many of the logistical challenges that come from moving out of state before your house is sold. Coordinating contractors for repairs, managing inspections and follow through. He did it all. I was so impressed and thankful for his involvement. He even had our packages that we forgot to update address on forwarded to our new address (no charge, actually refused reimbursement for shipping even though that would have been appropriate). That’s really above and beyond. I would highly recommend Peter, not only is he effective as an agent, he is genuinely a good guy that will do anything for you as a client.
