Monte Reyment

We met Monte a couple of years ago when we were just thinking of possibly selling our house, in fact we had him come over a couple times got to the point of let's do the listing and then change their mind. He never replied any pressure to us and told us that when we were in fact ready he would be there for us and help us through the process, and indeed he was. Him and his team from Take Action Realty were completely awesome not enough good words can be said he answered all of our questions, never acted like we were asking a dumb question though I'm sure we did. He will be our go-to real estate guy highly recommend him.

Not only is this team great at what they do with real estate but they great people. They genuinely care about every client they work with. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening! Took care of the clean out and improvements. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent!

Monte was a good communicator, kept us informed every step of the way, and was able to get the process taken care of quickly.

Monte was very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to all our questions. If he didn’t answer our call immediately, he called back within an hour or so. His recommendations for lender and inspectors were top notch. Will use Monte again for any of our future real estate needs.

Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. Land was sold in 3 days and signed in 30 days for more then we anticipated. Would highly recommend Monte for any type of sale you may have. He was great!
