Greg is an extremely knowledgeable and resourceful realtor. My wife and I worked with Greg on our first home purchase. He was very attentive to our needs, and always very patient in hearing our views and concerns. He spent a significant time chatting with me several months before my purchase, when I first contacted him – to personalize and shortlist home types according to our needs. He has a wealth of experience in the real estate business, and his recommendations are spot on. I noticed that he has an excellent eye for details - you always expect to get the right appreciation and criticism of things noted in a potential house during showings. He would never rush you to make a decision, or bias you towards any particular selection. Moreover, he is extremely hard working, efficient and dedicated to this profession, which makes him a great realtor to work with. Greg has amazing skills in judging the fair price of a house, and to top it off – he is a great negotiator. He would go the extra mile to make sure you get the right house at the right price.
