Greg is the best real estate partner I could ever ask for!! My fiancé and I worked with Greg in purchasing our first home! We didn’t know what to expect for the process or how to be competitive in a seller’s market. Greg was there throughout the whole emotional roller coaster with me - and mind you, I was all sorts of crazy. Home buying definitely brought out the worst in me. There were times when I’d cry and want to give up because someone just put in an all cash offer on my dream home and I’d be down in the slumps for a few days. There were also times when I wanted to flip a table over because I felt like the world was against me - we didn’t have the best experience with the listing agents we worked with. Greg was there for me through it all - he was always positive, kept my spirits up, and motivated me to continue searching. We ended up closing on a home we really liked and Greg did his research to make sure we stayed within market value of the home! Greg is super responsive, even at odd hours in the morning and night. He’s also very connected in the industry - he introduced us to a great mortgage broker/lender and we were able to lock in a great interest rate.
