Donna Ffriesner and her team provided outstanding old fashion customer service that is rarely offered in today's digital/online real estate transactions. My 94-year-old mother-in-law doesn't have internet or an email account. Donna hand-delivered the contracts and other related paperwork throughout the real estate transaction. We received multiple offers on Mom's house. Donna created a spreadsheet that illustrated side-by-side how the offers actually compared.
