Outstanding experience, knowledge, and helpfulness. That’s what we experienced as we sold our home of 38 years. Dale had been the agent for the sellers when we bought the house in 1984! He knows the area for sure. His advice and expertise were immeasurably helpful to us as we bought my mother-in-law’s home, and prepared to sell ours. He gave us an outline to follow for the steps needed to cap the taxes, which will be saving us tons of money in the future! While other agents might have shied away from a home with a pool and hot tub, he helped us address that straight on and brought us buyers who were interested in our large yard and Outdoor amenities. Dale also was great in explaining to us all of the steps and the possible pros and cons as we started to show our house and received multiple offers! He was also very helpful in keeping us informed of the progress as we proceeded through the various steps towards closing! We would strongly recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying a house! There is no substitution for his years of experience!
