Tremendous Help

We live in the Portland Area and were looking to move to the Roseburg area, whether it was buying a house with property, or simply property. We tried looking for properties ourselves, but it became obvious to us that since it was a 6 hr round trip and we didnt know the area, that we needed someone down there to help us in our search. Chris was wonderful, once we met up and "calibrated" he had a much better understanding of what we were looking for and needed. He would go look at properties prior to our coming down and weeded out the properties that he did not think would meet our needs thus saving us alot of needless trips down there. He made the experience of looking for properties so much nicer. And once we decided on a property, he was there every step of the way to try to ensure a smooth transaction.
