About Paul

After spending 30 years in project management, acquisitions and redevelopment, Paul Frankel ventured into the fun world of real estate in which he finally had a chance to use what he learned over a long period of time buying, selling, remodeling, renting properties. Even before my business time was spent dealing with real estate, I was buying and selling properties, including one property that I sold to a Hollywood television star in Los Angeles, California, he says. Paul enjoys the satisfaction that comes from helping people, particularly when the stakes are as high as dealing with their most significant investment. Paul has been living in Bergen County for 37 years and sits on his town's zoning board. His daughter has been involved in town soccer and college track. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as a Master's and PhD in Clinical Psychology. Paul has an MCNE certification (relating to negotiation skills) and extensive experience remodeling and rehabilitation properties. Great sellers!

Paul was the best experience we have ever had with the process of selling our house. He keeps you informed every step of the way. If I were still living in NJ I would recommend him to anyone I heard of who was buying or selling a house.
