Shauna set aside time in her schedule and dedicated several days towards helping us with our search, including sending someone to scout a house we saw but weren't able to visit in-person. As newcomers, Shauna also helped us understand the character of each neighborhood we were househunting in, as well as nearby amenities. She was flexible when we made changes and listened to our feedback to help us refine our search. Finally, she did an excellent job negotiating our purchase, giving us a home that we are SO in love with!! In addition to her excellence in real-estate, Shauna is also a really wonderful woman.
