Dan knew from our first meeting that selling our family’s vacation home of 56 years was going to be a very emotional process. He showed great compassion through the whole process while at the same time guided us with his knowledge of the market and his professionalism. Two unexpected storms came through while our home was on the market and Dan was at the house first thing the next morning checking on our home. He sent photos to assure us things were ok and immediately started the process of having the minor repairs scheduled. Giving us this immediate peace of mind was such a huge relief.
