Dan was incredibly helpful in navigating an unsettled market, in particular, high mortgage interest rates. We followed his insightful and knowledgeable advice in making periodic downward adjustments in our asking price until we finally reached the "sweet spot." Once under contract, Dan kept us fully informed throughout the escrow process and beyond. Once we closed, Dan helped us with utility issues with the buyers that was above and beyond his obligations.
